All that's needed now, are the 4 rubber bushes for the swing arm, swing arm bush covers and a nice reconditioned shock absorber in order to start re-assembling the frame parts..(most of these parts are on order at present, except the shocks....)..

while the paint was curing, focus turned to the suspension, (as one shock is needed for the sidecar assembly), mainly taking them apart to investigate the state if its internals and if they were recondition-able or just to get new ones. For this i needed to build some form of spring compression device so i didn't end up with the internals embedded in my face or the workshop roof....

Shock piston
didn't quite manage to get the piston top off, it was rather stuck on there, i left the screw threads soaking in a bit of WD40 in  hope that it may help?

And then there are some more smaller bits and pieces that got their final coat of paint and rubber bushes..

Finished Pillion passenger seat mount, seat back hinges, and headlight internal clamps

Ignition coil
