Whats Left..

As the dampers where a bit annoying (two of them now had stuck caps, and one with broken internals), i parked work on them for now.

It was time to look at the other seat..

Ordered some more cushion filling, so once the cover is sewn, and the filling arrives, assembly can be completed..

 Now that is mostly out of the way, its time to get on with some more dismantling...

Suppose the headstock can come off.. (id already taken it  of then remember i didn't take any pics...)

could be worse, could be better. No biggie though, Bit o' surface rust

Had to use a brick to stop the front wheel turning..
(Who needs fancy stands when you have a bunch of wood and some bricks laying around...)

Hub Internals -  Not too bad. The hub looks in good condition. The pads and springs will be replaced.

Now some bits were off i had some more things to do..

 now that's all sorted, suppose i should look at the front forks..

I think the previous owner used engine oil. i think that all going to come out and be replaced with proper fork oil.

All Seals etc to be replaced,1 x Felt, 2 x Rubber seals, 1 x Spring Seal.
Great - Pretty much the same deal for the other fork. A bunch of replacement seals have now been ordered.

On to the wheel...

Time for another work out..

The first milestone..
Perhaps 30 mins later...
then another 30 mins later my arms fell off and this happened..
Cut Off Spokes.

And finally, the bearings were put in the other cleaned wheels.

All the bits and pieces, Hub, Bearings, Bearings Race, spacers, and the Front axle to insert the bearings
